Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and charged separately from the book price.

Orders will ship once inventory arrives and becomes available. Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Tracking information will be provided when your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

All book sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact book@tracelehnhoff.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your book arrives damaged, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

Please retain the original packaging until your claim has been resolved.

These policies do not limit your rights under applicable law.
